Ingredients

    6 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
    1 Cup Progresso Italian Bread Crumbs
    1/2 cup Panko Crumbs
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbs. Smoked Paprika
    salt (optional)
    pepper


Directions

1. Cut up chicken breast into small cubes.
2. In a separate bowl, combine both crumbs.
3. Put chicken nuggets into crumb mixture and coat completely
4. Place chicken on a cookie sheet lined with foil or parchment paper and sprayed with Pam.
5. Bake at 375 for 30 mins. or until temperature reaches 160 degrees.
