    1 over ripe banana (Very over ripe, I keep mine in the freezer)
    1¾ cups white flour
    1½ Tablespoons coconut palm sugar
    1½ Tablespoons baking powder
    3 Tablespoons olive oil
    ⅛ teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1.25 cup unsweetened coconut milk
    2.5 Tablespoon of olive oil for pan
