Introduction

This recipe is for those following a low carb / high fat diet such as Atkins. This recipe is for those following a low carb / high fat diet such as Atkins.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lb Fresh lump crab
    1 Can skinless / boneless pink salmon
    3 Tbspn Avocado Mayo
    4 ounces ground pork rind crumbs
    1 Tbspn lemon juice
    3 Organic eggs
    1 Tbspn relish
    1 Tsp Pink Salt
    1 Tbspn Garlic Powder
    1 Tbspn Old Bay seasoning
    Bacon grease (for frying)

Directions

Combine all ingredients except the Bacon Fat in a large bowl.

Press into 8 patties.

Heat bacon fat in a frying pan just below medium heat.

Place 2 Crab Cakes in the pan at a time to not over crowd or bring temperature down in pan. Cook each side approximately 6 minutes or until golden brown.

Each crab cake is 1.4 net carbs.
