Ingredients

    2lbs pork tenderloin
    3/4 Cup Red Wine
    1 Cup Water
    Pepper to Taste
    3 tbsp Minced Garlic
    1tbsp Soy sauce
    1 packet of Lipton Onion Soup Mix, dry



Directions

Put Pork tenderloin in slow cooker. Pour the lipton onion soup dry mix over the meat. Pour wine, water & soy sauce over tenderloin. Move the tenderloin around to get it covered. Then put the pepper on the meat and lastly put minced garlic on top of the pork. Make sure it stays on top of the meat and don't mix it in until later. Really helps with the flavor. Cook on low for 8 hours
