Ingredients

    4 -4oz tilapia fillets
    1 tsp olive oil
    3 green onions chopped
    juice of 1 lemon or 1/2c white wine
    14.5 oz can whole peeled tomatoes chopped
    1/4c black olives chopped
    1Tbl Basil
    thyme,rosemary,pepper to taste
    1/3 feta cheese crumbled

Directions

heat olive oil in skillet over med, Stir in green onions cook until tender. Mix in lemon juice/wine and tomatoes bring to boil place fish in skillet season with basil,thyme,rosemary. Reduce heat and simmer until fish flakes easily. top with feta and black olives.

    and served it on whole wheat pasta yummy
