Introduction

I just threw together some ingredients to try to make a chocolate/coffee brownie. Turned out more like cake, but still yummy. Only sprinkle a little baking soda in, or it will taste like it. Ingredients

    giant vanilla whey, 5 scoops
    2 Cups Regular Coffee, brewed from grounds,
    1/2 cup Coconut Flour
    1 cup Rolled Oats
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1/2 tsp Baking Soda
    1/4 tsp Salt
    3 TBSP Cocoa Powder
    1/4 cup Chocolate Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

    Chopped nuts if desired.

Tips

Best kept in the refrigerator.


Directions

Preheat oven to 250. Mix all ingredients well. Pour into greased 9x13 cake pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set. Allow to cool. Slice and enjoy!
