Ingredients

    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    4-6 cloves of garlic, chopped
6 oz pork or any meat (chicken, bacon, sausage)
Can of no salt added diced tomatoes
1 cup of cooked white beans (I didn't used canned-but you could)
1.5 cup of uncooked pasta (I used small shells)
    8 cups of chicken broth
fresh grated Parmesan to top each bowl of soup-I also put the rind leftover from the Parmesan block into the soup while it simmered, removed before serving

Tips

Add whatever vegetables or meat you have in the fridge-would be good with chicken or sausage

Directions

Saute pork, onion and garlic until done, add broth water and rest of ingredients and simmer until pasta is done. Add salt and pepper to tast.
