    2 Large Eggs (beaten)
    1 Sausage Patty (crumbled)
    1/4 Cup Chopped Green Pepper
    1/8 Cup Chopped Onion
    1/3 Medium Potato (Chopped)
    2 teaspoons olive oil
    1 Tablespoon Shredded Cheese
    Season to Taste

Directions

Heat Olive Oil
put in crumbled sausage patty
put in chopped potato, green pepper and onion
when sausage is browned and vegetables tender
add eggs that have been beaten with cheese
season
scrambled together
