    Ingredients:
    2.5 cup Quaker Oatmeal - 1-minute Quick Cooking
    1/4 cupCanola Oil
    1/3 cup Brown Sugar
    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large
    Baking Powder, 1.5 tsp
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 3 tbsp
    *Milk, Whole, Raw,3/4 cup
    Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), .5 cup, unthawed

Tips

I blend 1/2 of the oatmeal to make a cake like batter. Raisins may be substituted for blueberries. May be eaten with milk.


Directions

Mix all ingredients in 9 x 5 loaf pan.
