Ingredients

1 cup golden crisco
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 cups flour
2 cups oats (quick or regular)
2 cups rice krispies cereal
Tips
These freeze really well.
Directions
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees and spray cookie sheets with pam.
Cream sugars with crisco until really fluffy. Add eggs and mix well,. vanilla, salt and baking soda and incorporate. Add flour, oats and rice krispies. Mix just to incorporate well.
Using small size scoop (or spoon) place onto greased cookie sheets. Flatten slightly with palm of your hand. (or fork dipped in flour if that works better for you). Bake at 350 degrees for about 8 to 10 minutes. Edges should be golden brown. Let cool on pans for 3 to 5 minutes to set, then remove to cooling racks.
