Ingredients

    2 cups Rolled Oats
    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup Hemp Seed, Organic Raw Shelled
1/2 cup Flax chia blend (I use hodgson mills)
1/4 tsp Himalayan Pink Sea Salt
    3/4 tsp Baking Powder
    1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/3 cup Grapeseed Oil (any light tasting healthy oil will work)
3/4 cup Natural Raw Unfiltered Honey
1/2 cup Nestle Tollhouse Mini Morsels

Tips

Do not make these on a sheet with no sides, they spread during baking and will run over the sides! I learned this the hard way!

If you don't get them packed in tight enough and they fall apart, it makes a great cereal!

Directions

preheat oven to 350.

In a mixing bowl add all of your dry ingredients and mix well.

Add your oil and mix until evenly combined.

Add honey and mix until evenly combined.

Mix in chocolate chips.

Pour out into a cookie sheet and spread out evenly. Lightly press mixture into the pan so that it sticks together with no gaps, but don't press into pan too tightly or they will either come out to hard to bite into or chewy(seems to be one or the other every time if you press down to hard).

Bake just until they start to turn golden brown. Remove from oven and while still hot cut into bars, then allow to cool while still in the pan.

Store in air tight container.
