Ingredients

    Beans, Garbanzo, Goya Low Sodium, Drained and Rinsed, 1 can
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    alt, substitute: Morton, Salt Substitute, 1/4 tsp
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    Kalmata Olives, 4 per
    Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice, 1 tbsp
    water as needed

Tips

make it your own. change whatever you like!! you can leave out the oil and use chicken broth, add herbs, leave out olives, add hot sauce, whatever.

blend all... for a long time

Serving Size: i like a lot so for me this makes 2 servings but probably 4 servings for others
