Ingredients

3 cups Medium grain rice
1 cup green bell peppers
3 tbsp Olive oil
2 tbsp Goya Adoboe
dash of salt
3 cups of water
10 Tblsp Cilantro
.5 cup Goya sofrito sauce
1 cup green pigeon peas
1 packet Sazon
Directions
1. Chop bell peppers and cilantro.
2. Mix all ingredients, except for RICE & WATER, in a rice pot and let simmer.(Heat medium)
3. Add water. Let come to a boil. (Heat high)
4. Add rice. Stir only a few times. Water will evaporate.(Heat High) (Don't over stir)
5. When water level is at line of rice, cover with foil an lid, and lower temp as low as you can.
6. Let cook for 20-25 minutes. Stir & let cook for 10-15 more minutes.
