Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    3 x 150 g Greek yogurt, fat-free
    3 tbsp sour cream
    3 tbsp honey, or to taste
    5-10 g of powder Matcha
    50 g pistachio chocolate for garnishing

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients, place into a container for ice-cream or popsicle moulds and leave in the freezer
2. Soak popsicles in moulds after freezing (2-3 hrs) in hot water for a few seconds to loosen them and then serve
3. Stir ice-cream every half an hour to complete freezing; this procedure prevents mainly crystal formation. After freezing, place ice-cream before serving in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to soften and scoop ice-cream using an ice scoop into glasses and then serve
