Introduction

Ingredients

    8 cups oats (6 c quick; 2 c old fashioned)
    1 cup sunflower seeds
    1 cup sliced almonds
    1 cup pecan halves
    2 cups shredded coconut
    2 cups raisins or dried cranberries

    1 cup honey
    1/2 cup coconut oil
    1 T cinnamon
    1 T vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp maple extract
    1/2 tsp salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Stir together all dry ingredients in very large bowl. Combine last six ingredients in saucepan. Cook and stir until combined. Then pour over dry ingredients and stir until thoroughly coated. Line 2 baking sheets with foil and spray foil with nonstick spray. Divide granola between the two baking sheets and spread evenly. Bake at 325 for 20 minutes. Allow to cool. Store in sealed containers.
