    1 oz. Patty - Jimmy Dean Premium Pork Sausage (Regular) - Cooked
    1 Thomas' Whole Grain 100% Whole Wheat English Muffin
    1 Slice Great Value American Cheese Slices
    1 Egg (Fried with WATER in non-stick skillet)
    2 TBSP Water (for frying Egg)


Prepare Sausage into Patty (raw it will weight 1.4 - 1.6oz.) - then cook in skillet.
Cut the English Muffin in half (so you have a top & a bottom) - then toast in toaster.
Add 2 TBSP. of water to non-stick skillet. Crack open Egg & fry hard. (NO NEED TO USE OIL).
When all ingredients are done... add the sausage to the bottom half of the English Muffin, place a slice of cheese on top of the sausage. Place the egg on top of the cheese & top off with the top part of the English muffin & EAT!!!!

Serving Size: Makes 1 whole Breakfast Sandwich
