Ingredients

    Center Cut Pork Chop thick slice - 6
    Coconut Oil - better body, 2 tbsp
    Granny smith apple - 2 apples
    Portobella Mushroom - 12 ounces
    Red Onion Raw - 1 cup
    Chicken Broth - 2 cup

Directions

Preheat oven to 425°F. Sprinkle pork chops
with Greek seasoning (if you want to) and salt. Heat oil in a
large skillet; add pork chops, in batches if
necessary, and cook 2 to 3 minutes per side or
until browned. Remove from skillet. Arrange
pork chops in a baking dish rubbed with
coconut oil; top with apples, mushrooms and
onion. Add broth, and cover with foil. Bake 25 to
30 minutes or until pork chops are done.
