Introduction

Quick, simple, delicious and vegetarian. I use a package of low-fat parmesan cheese to cut calories and sodium. I pair it with a green salad with oil and vinegar for a healthy, but filling meal. Ingredients

    1 Morningstar Farms Chick'n Patty
    1/2 cup tomato or marinara sauce
    1 oz. or about 2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese

Directions

Place chick'n patty on microwave safe plate. Microwave for 1-2 minutes until cooked through.

Remove from microwave. Top with tomato sauce and grated parmesan. Cover loosely with microwavable saran wrap.

Microwave for another 1- 1.5 minutes.
