Introduction

Easy no bake cookies. Easy no bake cookies.
Number of Servings: 30

Ingredients

    1/2 cup natural peanut butter-no sugar
    3 cups old fashioned quick cook oats
    1 stick salted butter
    2 cups sugar
    1/2 cup cocoa
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1/2 cup 2% milk

Tips

I used 2% milk because it's what I had on hand, but you could easily use almond milk or skim milk to make it lower in calories.
Would be great with coconut in place of some of the oats.


Directions

In a sauce pan add butter, milk, sugar and cocoa. Cook on medium til boiling. Allow to boil for 1 minute.
Add oats, peanut butter and vanilla and stir well.
Drop spoonfuls onto wax paper and allow to cool.
Store in fridge or airtight container.
