2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, RIPE
1 cup dry Oats
2 tbsp Peanut Butter, smooth style, with salt
1 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
.25 cup, hulled Sunflower Seeds, without salt
15 gram(s) Bluebonnet 100% Natural Whey Protein Isolate Powder (15 grams = 1/2 scoop)
Directions
Mix together mashed bananas, cocoa, peanut butter and protein powder, then sunflower seeds and oats last.
Drop by tbsp. into silicone small muffin tray - 24
Cook at 350 for 15 min. Let cool completely and then flip muffin tray - they will all fall out nicely!
