Ingredients

1 tsp dried Oregano, ground
1 tsp dried Basil
1 large (8-1/4" long) Cucumber (peeled)
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
1.50 cup, chopped or sliced Red Ripe Tomatoes
1.50 cup Arugula
1 cup Spaghetti Sauce, Classico Tomato & Basil
8 serving Ronzoni Smart Taste Rotini - 2 oz
4.50 serving Pepperoni - Hormel Turkey Pepperoni (17 slices/serving)
1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
2.5 oz Pine Nuts, lightly toasted
8 serving Butterball Turkey Bacon (1 slice)
12 oz Kraft Light Done Right Italian Salad Dressing
Tips
Can also be made vegetarian by substituting pepperoni for more veggies.
Directions
Cook and drain pasta according to package. Rinse with cold water and dreain.
Mix tomato sauce, dressing, basil and oregano in large bowl. Add pasta and remaining ingredients, except for arugula and pine nuts. Toss.
Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours until chilled. Top with arugula and toatsed pine nuts and serve.
Serving Size: makes 8 dinner sized servings or 16 sides
