    1 serving Chicken-Perdue Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, 4oz
    .25 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh
    .25 cup, sliced Sweet peppers (bell)
    1.0 cup Cooked Kale
    3 leaf, large Bib Lettuce
    .25 cup, chopped Scallions, raw
    1 serving Sea Salt
    .2 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne
    1 serving Poultry Seasoning

Tips

Any vegetable of choice can be used. Can use different types of leaf lettuce or greens as the bed. Can also use steak. Time savor: keep chopped up veggies in the fridge or freezer.


Directions

season chicken breast and back or pan fry with cooking spray
add vegetables
once dune, spread on lettuce leaf
Can be rolled up and eaten like a fajita
