Ingredients

    2 large eggs
    1/2 c. 2% milk
    1/2 c. flour

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix eggs, milk and flour together in blender. Melt butter in the bottom of a pie plate until bubbly. Pour in mixture and cook for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with fruit of your choice and a light dusting of powdered sugar.
