2 medium Sweet potato, scrubbed, unpeeled, cut into 1/2 in. strips
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp each: onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, paprika, and cumin
Generous sprinkling of fresh ground black pepper
1/2 tsp Sugar
Tips
For crispier fries, soak the potatoes in water at least 30 minutes and pat dry thoroughly before tossing with oil and spices.
