Ingredients

1.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw
.5 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
1 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen
1 serving Potato, Yukon Gold - 1 potato, 5.2 oz (by PIPPAGREY)
2 cup Milk - Skim (Non Fat)
.125 cup Flour, white
4 serving Fish - Tillapia 3 oz.
2 serving Bumble Bee Minced Clams, 1/4cup/56g
2 1tsp Olive Oil
Tips
Add salt, pepper, tarragon, or other seasonings as desired.
Directions
Chop potato into small pieces. Boil 15 min, just covered in water.
Saute onions, bell pepper. Add corn.
Add the potato and its water.
Pour 2 cups of milk into bowl and stir in flour, eliminating any lumps.
Add to the saute mix, heat.
Add can of clams and juice, and tillapia (or other white fish)
Heat.
Serving Size: Serves 4
