Ingredients

    1 cup oat flour (you can put a cup of oats in the blender or food processer and make this yourself)
    3/4 cup date sugar
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1/4 tsp nutmeg
    1/4 tsp allspice
    1/4 cup canola oil
    1/4 cup water
    1 tbsp blackstrap (or regular) molasses
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/2 cup raisins
    1 cup oats

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Stir to combine flour, sugar, baking soda and baking powder, spices, and salt. Without stirring, pour in oil, water, molasses, and vanilla. Stir to combine. Stir in raisins and oats. Form into rounded teaspoons and put on a parchment lines baking sheet. Flatten with your hand. Bake for about ten minutes, let cool (ok, not a requirement,) and enjoy!

    yes a little fragile but tasty and definitely worth making again. very easy to make. used honey instead of date sugar and threw in some sesame seeds-yumm. - 2/22/09
