Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cans Starkist chunk light tuna in water (3 oz can)
    1 large Egg
    1/2 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1/2 tsp Onion powder
    1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
    1/2 tsp Olive Oil
    1/4 tsp Salt Free Lemon & Pepper Seasoning

Directions

Drain tuna leaving 1/4 of liquid. Put tuna in a bowl. Add almond flour and mix well. In another bowl, slightly scramble the egg until foamy. Add baking powder, garlic powder, and onion powder until mixed well. Add liquid to tuna mixture. Mix well. Using a fork drop 10 balls onto a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Flatten the balls with the fork. Drizzle a tiny bit of olive oil on each one and sprinkle lemon pepper seasoning on top. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
