Introduction

Ingredients

    1 tbsp Garlic powder
    1 dash Pepper, black
    0.50 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    0.75 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    6 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
    2 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz
    8 tbsp Old El Paso Chopped Green Chile
    18 serving PL-Turkey (Ground Turkey Breast, HoneySuckle White, Extra Lean-99%Fat Free, Raw - 1 Oz, or 3/4 Oz Cooked)
    2 tsp coarse ground mustard
    57 gram(s) Sargento Extra Sharp Shredded Cheddar
    3.25 cup del fratelli crushed tomatoes
    10 cup Boiled Potato (1/2 cup) No Skin no salt

Directions

- Scrub and trim potatoes. Cut into 1/2 slices.
- Put potato slices In a large stock pot. Cover with water. Shake or stir a few times to rinse. Drain and return to the pot. Fill the pot with water to 1-2" above the potatoes.
- Bring potatoes to a rolling boil and continue cooking until they break apart easily with a fork - about 15 minutes.
- While potatoes cook, heat the ground turkey breast in the microwave on high 4 minutes. Drain fat and liquids and chop. Repeat until thoroughly cooked (no pink), for a total cooking time of about 12 minutes.
- Combine remaining ingredients except the cheese in a large bowl and mix together.
- Preheat oven to 400 degree.
- Drain the potatoes, shaking off excess water and return to the pot.
- Add the ground turkey breast and the sauce. Stir.
- Scoop in all into a large casserole dish. Sprinkle on the cheese.
- Heat in to oven 15 minutes or until the cheese in melted.
