    1.27 lb Beef chuck, arm pot roast
    1 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw
    2 cup Carrot - raw, chopped (by PIANOGRRRL)
    1 cup, whole Mushrooms, fresh
    2 tbsp Onion powder
    2 tbsp Garlic powder

Directions

rub garlic and onion powder on the roast on the side put the vegetables
