Introduction

Ingredients

    Nonfat Yogurt, 6oz
    Dried Cranberries, 1/4 cup
    Organic Old Fashioned Oats, 1 cup
    Milk, 1% Lowfat, 1 cup
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Banana, fresh, 1/2 banana
    Walnuts (handful of pieces) (about 1/10 cup)
    Stevia - 1 Packet = 2 tsp. Sugar

Tips

Can omit sweetener if desired, as yogurt & fruit adds enough sweetness.


Directions

Mix all but bananas & nuts together & put in refrigerator overnight. In the morning, add the nuts & sliced banana. Enjoy half of recipe and save the other half for the next morning.
