Ingredients

4 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast
5 cup Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free
3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
0.5 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen
0.5 cup Peas, frozen
1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
2 cup, sliced Summer Squash
1 cup, sliced Zucchini
3 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes
Tips
This recipe makes about 3 servings.
Directions
In a medium sauce pan, add the chicken broth.
Cut up the chicken breast into bite sized pieces and too the broth and cook over medium heat.
While this is cooking prepare the veggies. Chop the celery and onions and dice the squash, zucchini and tomatoes into pieces.
After the chicken has cooked about 10 minutes, add all the veggies including the corn and peas.
Season with fresh ground pepper,sea salt, garlic powder and a pinch of cayenne pepper if you want a little extra kick.
