Ingredients

    1 cup Whole Wheat Spaghetti, cooked (pasta)
    2 tsp Margarine, soft
    1 clove Garlic, minced
    2 cup Peas, frozen
    1 fl oz Lemon Juice
    1 tbsp Basil, finely chopped
    2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded

Directions

Cook spaghetti according to package instructions, drain, reserving 1 cup cooking water for later. Melt margarine in fry pan over medium heat and cook garlic. Add peas and cook until heated through, stirring frequently. Add cooked spaghetti, lemon juice and about 3/4 cup of reserved water. Add basil. Toss. Serve with grated Parmesan, if desired.
