Ingredients

    2/3 c of cold-pressed olive oil
    1/2 c fresh lemon juice
    1/2 of water
    2 large cloves garlic, minced
    1 tbsp of fresh oregano, basil & sage
    2 tbsp Sweet & Natural (R) or Splenda
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a small bottle or jar with a tight-fitting lid. Refrigerate several hours and shake well before serving. Serve on salad, fresh vegetables or use as a marinade.
