    0.5 gram(s) Pam Original Canola Oil No-Stick Cooking Spray (by CPOST90)
    .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2 tsp Paprika
    .5 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
    4 serving Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato
    12 oz Pork Tenderloin
    3 tsp vegeta (by LINDAMCCAULEY)

Directions

Sautee oinions in pam. Add paprika then pork. Sear the meat and then add water just above the meat. Bring to a boil reduce to simmer. Add peppers and tomatoes and cook til tender. Add water if needed as its cooking so there is a sauce.
