Love these wraps. They stay soft and variations include using vanilla to make them into crepes or adding flax and pumpkin seeds to add fiber and crunch. Use them for tortillas, sandwiches or a side. Ingredients

2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
.25 cup Arrowroot flour
1 tsp Amul Pure Ghee 14g/1 tbs=1 serv (by PROVERBS31JULIA)
1 tbsp ^ Coconut flour - 1 tablespoon - 62.5 (by SCRAPPYMELLA)
1 dash Salt
Directions
Stir all ingredients together. Add 1 to 2 Tbsp. water to think out. Pour a third of the batter onto a non stick or lightly sprayed pan and cook on medium high for one minute, until the colour changes in the middle of the circle. The edges may curl up a little. Flip and cook on the other side. Store in an airtight container (ziplock bag) when completely cooled.
