Introduction

Ingredients

    1.5 cup Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
    .25 cup Granulated Sugar
    2 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    .5 tsp Salt
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    .5 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)
    .25 cup Soybean Oil
    .5 serving Apple, Gala (medium)
    .1250 cup Flour, white
    .1250 cup Oats, Quaker
    6 tsp packed Brown Sugar
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    1 tbsp Butter, salted

Directions

In a bowl, combine dry ingredients and wet ingredients. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full, combine topping and sprinkle on top. Bake at 375 for 15-20 min.
