Ingredients

    350 gram(s) Silverbeet - Raw
    6 serving Aldi Remano Australian crushed tomatoes -3 serves/can
    2 clove Garlic
    12 gram(s) Vegetable Stock Vegeta Gourmet Stock Powder (3g=1tsp)
    1 serving Mushrooms, Fresh, White Button, Sliced (3 oz / 85g)
    70 gram(s) Curry Paste, Korma, Mild, Pataks (by KAHLUAKEL)
    480 gram(s) cannelini bean drained, ALDI canned (by SYAMAN)
    6 serving Chilli flakes, dried (by BIG_SCOTS_LASS)

Tips

A quick, easy to prepare vegetable meal with the added benefit of cannellini beans for protein.


Directions

Pour crushed tomatoes in large heavy based pan. Rinse beans to remove added salt, rinse silver beet carefully and trim ends from stalks before slicing into 1cm. pieces, then adding to tomatoes
Slice silver beet leaves more coarsely before adding. Add sliced mushrooms, stock powder, Korma curry paste, crushed garlic and dried chilli flakes. Stir well, cover and bring to almost boiling, then turn to low-medium heat and stir several times while cooking.
When silver beet stalks are tender, meal is ready to serve.

    Simple, healthy and tasty. I didn't have curry paste, so just used curry powder and a little olive oil. It still turned out great! - 9/25/15
