Introduction

This is amazing grilled or stir-fried. I add brown rice and garlic broccoli to finish the meal. Or I toss it with avocados and plum tomatoes as a salad. Add salt to taste. The measurement for the chili sauce is 1/4 cup, which I couldn't add that way. Fish sauce is also 1/4 although I like to go light on that. Ginger should be fresh-shredded/ground from the root. Reserve some sauce for topping. This is amazing grilled or stir-fried. I add brown rice and garlic broccoli to finish the meal. Or I toss it with avocados and plum tomatoes as a salad. Ingredients

18 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast
    1.5 tsp Ginger Root
    .5 cup Cider Vinegar
    4 tbsp Fish Sauce
    .25 cup Tomato Paste
    .25 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar
    1 tbsp Honey
    1 cup Peanuts, dry-roasted
12 tsp Chili Garlic Sauce (by SEARCY1945)

Directions

Process peanuts until fine but not butter-like. Grate the ginger. Mix all ingredients then toss with the chicken and marinate/chill for 1 hour-overnight. I like to reserve some sauce for the final dish.
Grill breasts for 5-7 minutes a side. OR stir-fry until done.
