Introduction
This is amazing grilled or stir-fried. I add brown rice and garlic broccoli to finish the meal. Or I toss it with avocados and plum tomatoes as a salad. Add salt to taste. The measurement for the chili sauce is 1/4 cup, which I couldn't add that way. Fish sauce is also 1/4 although I like to go light on that. Ginger should be fresh-shredded/ground from the root. Reserve some sauce for topping. This is amazing grilled or stir-fried. I add brown rice and garlic broccoli to finish the meal. Or I toss it with avocados and plum tomatoes as a salad.
