Ingredients

    3 cup Flour, white
    1 tsp Granulated Sugar
    1 tsp Salt
    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    0.5 cup Lactaid 2% Milk
    .6666 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    2 tsp Fleischmann's BreadMachine Yeast (by BRANDYOBE1)

Tips

If flat breads are cooking too fast, turn heat down to medium high.


Directions

combine ingredients in bread machine in order recommended by manufacturer. Put bread machine on dough cycle. When complete, divide dough into 8 equal pieces, rolling into balls.

Preheat grill or pan to high. On lightly floured surface, roll one ball into rough circle/oval shape. Place on grill for approximately 45-60 seconds, as pockets of air begin to form in dough. Flip, continue to grill for additional 30-45 seconds. Repeat with remaining dough balls.

Serving Size: Makes 8 flat breads
