Ingredients

    2 cup Spinach, fresh
    9 tbsp All Whites Liquid Egg White (3 Tbsp=1 large egg's white)
    12 gram 365 almond slivered and blanched - about two tablespoons

Directions

Over high heat in double boiler with vegetable steam basket place freshly washed and trimmed spinach. Steam till leaves wilt. Remove basket drain and partially dry over paper towel before placing on a plate. Sprinkle with slivered almonds. In a blender beat egg whites till frothy and pour into pre heated frying pan sprayed with cooking oil. Cook on medium heat until the egg thickens and flip to cook other side. Roll onto a plate next to spinach and season.
