Ingredients

4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup flour
1 stick butter
4 1-oz packets of unsweetened chocolate
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Melt butter in microwave safe dish. Run packets of chocolate under warm water until liquid. Add to melted butter, stir, and set aside.
Break eggs into large bowl and mix. Add sugar slowly. Add flour and chocolate butter mix from above. Stir in vanilla.
Spray bottom of 9 x 13 pan with non-stick spray and pour in batter. Bake at 325 for 30 minutes. These are fudgey as opposed to cake-like so they will still be moist in the middle when done baking.
These are good alone but may also be frosted. I use the buttercream recipe from the back of the Hershey Cocoa can.
