Ingredients

    24 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    3 leek Leeks
    1 serving Garlic - Elephant - Raw - 13.4Cal/3-TablespoonChopped (by ***DEBRA***)
    1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    1 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth
    4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

heat 4 tablespoons of olive oil in a cast iron fry pan
pan sear the chicken breast, take out of pan and put aside
add the leeks, chopped garlic and mushrooms and sauté until nicely browned
add chicken broth and put chicken back in to the mixture. cook for about 15 minutes until the liquid is reduced down
