    .75 cup Brown Rice, long grain - cooked
    1 tbsp chopped Onions, raw
    1 tsp Salt
    .5 tsp Pepper, black
    2 Cup Stewed Tomatoes, Canned, No salt - 2 cans

Tips

Can slow or pressure cook.


Directions

Mix all but tomatoes and roll into balls. Top with tomatoes. Pressure cook on high 30 minutes
