    1 medium zucchini, chopped or sliced
    1 medium yellow (summer) squash, chopped or sliced
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 Tablespoons oil
    1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce


Chop squashes and onions. Heat oil in pan. Add veggies, cook about 5 minutes, stirring often. Splash soy sauce and serve HOT.
