    60 gram(s) Ancient Grain Flakes (One Degree Organics Cereal Brand)
    5 tbsp Bob's RedMill Shredded Unsweetened Coconut (by JANIS-IRENE)
    2 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil
    4 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw

Tips

If you like a dipping sauce, I add curry spice to clean a honey mustard.

Directions

1. Crack eggs into bowl and beat until liquid, sprinkle sea salt in mixture
2. Manually crush cereal in a bowl and mix shredded coconut
3. Coat each chicken breast in egg and then coat in crushed cereal/coconut mixture. Then lay on a pan that's been coated with the coconut oil
4. Cook in oven for 45 minutes
