Introduction

Very tasty can eat plain or with fat free coolwhip or lowfat icecream. You could probably make it even more lowfat by using brown sugar splenda. Very tasty can eat plain or with fat free coolwhip or lowfat icecream. You could probably make it even more lowfat by using brown sugar splenda.

Ingredients

    3 C, Rhubarb cut in 1 inch pieces
    3/4 C. Splenda
    1/4 C. water


    1 C. brown sugar packed
    1C. flour
    1/2 C. I can't believe its not butter

Directions

Mix first 3 ingrediants together in 8 inch square pan. Using pastry blender mix last 3 ingrediants till crumbly, and sprinkle over rhubarb. Bake at preheated oven 350 degrees for 40 minutes
