Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    1 cup Almond Butter
    1 cup Honey
    2 cup dry Oatmeal (I use instant)
    1 cup Blueberries, fresh
    1/3 cup or 1/2 scoop Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein-Chocolate
    .5 cup, shredded Coconut, raw
    .5 cup Flaxseed (ground)

Directions

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine almond butter and honey, stirring well. Remove from heat; stir in oats, blueberries, protein powder, coconut flakes and flaxseed. Pour into a square glass baking dish and freeze 1 hour. Remove and cut into bars. Store in fridge for up to a week.
