Ingredients

    8 oz Barilla Ziti Pasta (by RDHKELLY1)
    3 cup Tomato Sauce
    1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    2 clove Garlic
    2 serving Casual Gourmet Chicken Sausage tomato, basil & Mozarella cheese 1 link (by DIANAGOM)
    1 tsp Oregano, dry (by MATMAN823)
    1 leek Leeks
    2 oz mozarella, fresh (by ELSILED)
    3 oz Mushroom Sliced Baby Bella (by SHULER1968)

Directions

Cook Pasta until al dente in dutch oven or oven safe pot. Drain. Spray oven safe pot with cooking spray, saute leek, garlic, carrot, sliced baby bella mushrooms, and celery. Add sliced chicken sausage. Add tomato sauce and crushed oregano. cook until veggies are soft. Mix in cooked and drained ziti and top with the fresh mozzarella. Bake at 300 for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted.


Serving Size: Divide into 4 servings for a supper or for half the calories divide into 8 servings.
