Number of Servings: 6


    ¼ tsp ground allspice
    ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
    ½ tsp ground ginger
    ½ tsp garlic salt
    ½ tsp black pepper
    1 lb boneless, skinless turkey breast cut into chunks
    2 medium cloves garlic
    1 medium onion, diced
    14.5 oz canned diced tomatoes (fire roasted or italian seasoning)
    15 oz canned black beans
    2 cup canned FF chicken broth
    ½ tsp table salt
    cilantro for garnish


1) Combine allspice, cayenne, ginger, garlic salt, and ¼ tsp black pepper.

2) Coat turkey chunks in spice rub and let sit for 15 minutes.

3) Put turkey, garlic, onion, beans, broth, salt and remaining pepper in the slow cooker.

4) Cook on low for 6-7 hours.

5) Top with cilantro.
