Ingredients

    439 grams Beans, black (15.5 oz)
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    .25 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned
    3 tsp Lawry's Minced Onion (dried) (by CRISSMAN00)
    0.5 tsp adobo goya (by RBOURGETGRAS)
    .5 tsp Chili powder

Directions

Mash beans. Beat in egg. Mix in spices and bread crumbs. Form into 3 patties. Spray Pam in pan. Cook each side until golden brown. Optional: melt cheese on patties after flipping.
